Volunteers at the Seymour Historical Society are busy scanning and cataloging thousands of important local historical documents, photos and other items using software purchased with a grant from the Valley Community Foundation The long-term goal, says volunteer Marian O'Keefe (pictured with a book of letters from a Civil War soldier from Seymour), is to make the collection available online for everyone to access and learn about Seymour's rich history.
