Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging Roundtable

Over the past few years, you or a member of your organization may have participated in a number of sessions on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging offered by The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven.

The sessions have featured a variety of keynote presentations, group sessions followed by one-to-one work with consultants, stand-alone workshops and debrief conversations with presenters such as Kenya Rutland, Rosaida Morales Rosario, Mara Gottlieb, Jenora Ledbetter, Sharon Danosky, Abby Anderson, The Narrative Project and the Racial Equity Institute.

For many organizations, these workshops were a great beginning or continuation of efforts to understand and implement equity practices in your work.

To help us understand the next steps on your journey, please join The Community Foundation and the Valley Community Foundation for a virtual roundtable discussion so we can learn how we can further support your DEI&B work.

You are encouraged to attend even if you can only stay for part of the session; we would love to have your voice at the table. We value your input and look forward to traveling with you on our collective DEI&B journeys!
