Connecticut Green Bank

Is your nonprofit organization looking for ways to save money and save energy? Are you making or planning upgrades to your building? Join this session with the Connecticut Green Bank to learn about programs and tools to measure and reduce energy consumption.

Learn how the Bridgeport Islamic Community Center and other nonprofits have made clean energy projects a reality, freeing up critical cash flow for other repairs and mission-related work.

Please bring your own questions, plans, strategies, concerns and success stories for discussion. We want to learn about and try to support your clean energy goals.

Questions? Please contact Stephanie Chung.

About the presenting organization

The Connecticut Green Bank is a quasi-state agency dedicated to confronting climate change and helping homeowners, building owners and municipalities reduce energy costs and access clean energy improvements. The Green Bank helps nonprofit building owners to find solutions to develop and finance clean energy projects such as solar, HVAC and lighting.

We are excited to partner with The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven to support nonprofits looking to reduce their energy usage and costs. We help nonprofits upgrade their buildings with renewable energy and energy-efficiency technologies. Nonprofits who reduce costs see savings — and can redirect their efforts to the critical community work central to their mission.
