Authentic conversations about race, equity, vaccines and re-opening challenge us to the core.
Using principles from Nonviolent Communication and an understanding of the neuroscience behind communicating, participants will explore Need-Based Awareness (NBA). NBA is a practice that transforms relationships to help cultivate win-win outcomes. NBA teaches participants simple tools to skillfully navigate conflicts, offer compassionate feedback, cultivate deep listening to oneself and to others, and increase connections.
This two-part series also shares tools of how to navigate challenging conversations and how to be grounded when you hear 'NO.'
Note: Participants must attend both sessions.
